Call for Submissions for Spring 2016 Issue
Are you a writer or artist that wants to be published and recognized? West Trade Review wants to hear from you! We are looking for original and unpublished works of prose, fiction, poetry, drama, photography, and artwork. A bio is required with each submission.
For general submissions submit up to 5 poems, a one act play (or excerpt of a longer piece), or a prose piece of up to 5000 words. These must be received no later than January 1, 2016. The writer will be notified of acceptance or rejection by March 1, 2016.
For general submissions please provide the following:
-Clear title
-Bio
-Your name, address, and telephone number (on each page)
-submit work as Microsoft Word document in 8.5" x 11" double spaced format.
Entries should be submitted to the appropriate genre category at the following link:
Art submissions are limited to five entries per person. Two- and three-dimensional artwork is acceptable, including photography, painting, drawing, prints, sculptures and textiles.
-Artist's name
-Title of the work
-Medium/format
-Bio
-Artistic statement of purpose that includes a description of the work, what prompted the piece and the themes explored.

All art submission should be uploaded as high-resolution .jpeg files and must be received by January 1, 2016 to be considered for our spring issue.
